PMC
Within our operations, we designate a PMC (Production and Material Control) merchandiser responsible for crafting production plans, overseeing their progress, material planning, purchase requisitions, scheduling, inventory management, and loss control. PMC plays a critical role in monitoring procurement progress and material quality. Additionally, they carefully assess and provide feedback on order production status and any encountered issues.
Molding
Plastic molding includes injection, extrusion, blow, stretch blow, vacuum forming, etc. Each method offers unique advantages in processing plastic products, considering material, requirements, yield, and cost differences. Additionally, we've invested in a wide range of injection equipment (50T to 1000T) for enhanced development efficiency.
Printing
Our printing capabilities encompass silk screen printing, pad printing, thermal transfer printing, and more. With over 20 units of printing machines, including screen printers and heat transfer machines, we efficiently meet diverse and high-volume product printing needs within a few days.
Assembly and Packing
For plastic cups containing accessories like lids and straws, the assembly involves placing the straws and covering the lids.
Once the plastic product is assembled, it is enclosed in a bag, then inserted into an inner box, and finally packed in an outer box for delivery.
Inspection of Goods
Prior to packaging the plastic products for delivery, third-party inspection companies conduct a thorough check on quantity, craftsmanship, functionality, color, size, and packaging details. The inspection follows recognized international standards such as ISO 2859, NF X06-022, ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, BS 6001, DIN 40080, and aligns with the buyer's AQL sampling method.
Load and Transport
Once the goods pass inspection, we proceed to schedule the loading date and arrange for the shipping of the plastic products accordingly.
